BUILDING A HOME
IS PERSONAL
Founded over two decades ago on a singular principle—to build every home as if it were our own—we’ve brought nearly 300 homes to life across some of Georgia’s most vibrant communities, including Buckhead, Trilith, Serenbe, and Milton.
To us, a home is more than a sum of its parts—it’s a living expression of place, heritage, and possibility. It’s thoughtful design rooted in the land. It’s honoring what came before while building responsibly for what comes next. It’s about neighborhood, community, and the feeling of belonging that can’t be measured but is always felt.
Our process always starts with the land. We collaborate closely with architects to design homes that enhance and respect the natural environment. From the lay of the land to the existing canopy, from local character to historical context—every detail matters. Each home is conceived not as a standalone structure, but as a meaningful piece of a greater whole.
We build using the latest innovations in sustainable construction, delivering energy-efficient, EarthCraft-certified homes that are as responsible as they are resilient. For us, green building isn’t just about sustainability—it’s about craftsmanship that endures, homes that function beautifully, and communities that thrive.
At 10/23 Construction, we don’t just build houses. We create homes with purpose, built to last, and designed to belong—for generations to come.
